Gardenia

Gardenia jasminoides

Gardenia is a traditional plant and was one of Greece’s first plants grown for ornamental use. It is a compact shrub with dense green foliage. It produces large, white flowers with multiple layers that create a magical contrast.

Gardenia requires moderate sun, especially in spring, to bloom adequately and withstand the cold if it still is in the pot. Therefore, it is ideal for placement in containers, balconies, and indoors next to windows.
